Awesome SUV

This is my second Defender. I bought a 2020 model when Land Rover launched the new model. It was a great vehicle and I traded it for a 2024 model after 70,000 trouble free miles. The Defender is the perfect size for me with lots of head room throughout the interior. It drives well and is very sure footed in winter weather as well as rain. I have the P400 engine and use it to tow a 27 foot boat that reaches near the top of the tow rating. This thing is a beast towing. My wife has a GMC Yukon and I can honestly say the Defender tows better than the GMC with the 6.2L engine. - 4.0
Disappointed

I have had two Defenders. 2023 and 2024 both P-400’s, Each one has had issues with the tablet blacking out. I traded in the first one after it happened 4 times. I now have 700 miles on the 2024 and sure enough it happened again. I love the vehicle but Land Rover needs to take care of this. I’m going to give the 2024 a little more time. If it fails again I will be done with this brand forever. The dealer has done everything possible to fix and is extremely helpful but it’s a bigger problem and the company needs to rectify the issue, - 5.0

Most rugged sexiest SUV out there , capable of anything , had the cayenne , Gle, x5 , x7, RR, RR sport and nothing compares to this HOT v8 carpathian BEAST! , sorry G wagon your way way overpriced .

To accommodate our customers, we will install portable hand controls units that the customer provides to us in order to test drive a vehicle so long as the devise can be installed and removed without physical modification or alteration to the vehicle. If the customer does not have a portable vehicle hand control unit, we will provide one. For the safety of our customers and employees, these hand control units are installed at our service department. Appointments for a vehicle test drive using a hand control devise are strongly recommended for daytime hours to ensure that a licensed technician is available to install the hand control system and safety test before the customer test drive.
